On the hills of La Spezia, Francesco takes you to his lands to collect the fresh Basil and Sabrina will show you how to make pesto with a mortar in the dining room of the agriturismo, where it will have set up everything necessary for making the pesto. Starting from cleaning the Basil, you will learn about the origin of the pesto and its ingredients, why you have to follow every step of the recipe and little useful tips. You will be guided step by step and everything will be explained to you in detail.
Then, make the fresh egg pasta, such as tagliatelle or other that will be agreed with the group. Find all the ingredients on site, including the proper Carrara marble mortar with to give the best of yourself in crushing all the ingredients.
At the end of the preparation, Sabrina prepares your lunch with what you have made with your hands!

If the minimum participants' the number is not reached, a cancellation e-mail and a refund will be sent to you at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the experience.
