The activity


Marco guides you through the whole oil-making process in his farm, which includes olive groves, oil mills, and tasting areas. During the experience, you get to know about the native Razzola olive, the raw material for the excellent Riviera di Levante protected designation of origin oil and its organic-process transformation.
Marco is also a professional oil taster, and he shows you how to taste olive oil to appreciate all its nuances.
