What is DoinItaly?
Doinitaly is a portal that allows you to purchase services, experiences, products, activities in a totally autonomous way. A simple tool that cancels distances to get directly in touch with local realities. In this sense, partners and users become part of a network of quality, safe and reliable.

What are the experiences and how do they work?
You can choose to book a single experience or a package of activities, to combine, to better organize your day, a weekend or a holiday, in the company of family and friends.
Iter
is simple:
• enter the “Experiences and Activities” section;
• discover all the possible activities and choose the ones you are interested in;
• select them and add date and number of people;
• buy experiences with a minimum cost;
• check that you have received the voucher containing the identification codes via e-mail;
• bring the codes with you and settle the rest of the amount afterwards directly on the spot before the start of the activity.

How can I buy an experience?
Once you have identified and selected one or more Activities of your interest, on the dates you have defined, simply click on the “Buy” button and proceed with payment.

How can I book?
Booking is automatic, through the Website.

What are the forms of payment?
Payment is provided via Paypal’s secure payment platform. If you have a paypal account, log in and make the payment in a few steps. If instead you are a holder of a Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Paypal credit card. Enter your credentials by clicking on the appropriate link you will find during the Paypal payment procedure

Is it possible to cancel one or more activities already booked?
Any requests for cancellation or changes will be indicated in each individual offer in “General Conditions”, sometimes an advance payment can be made to be paid directly to the Partner.

How to cancel a reservation?
You can cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the chosen date. Within 48 hours it is not possible to have the reimbursement of the expenditure already carried out.

What happens in case of bad weather?
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the fee for the site will be reimbursed. Or, if you prefer, you postpone the reservation to another day. If we can not find a suitable date for your needs, you will be reimbursed for the expense.
